Ömer DÜNDAR
Attorney at Law

Ömer is an Attorney at Law and a Chartered Trademark Attorney. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Tulane University and a J.D. Degree from Bilgi University. 

In between these two degrees, Ömer worked as a trademark administrator at White & Case LLP and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in New York. During the course of three years, he worked on the account of Pfizer Inc. and his responsibilities included assisting Pfizer’s in-house trademark department at their premises. This combined work experience taught Ömer the position of a major law firm employee as well as the expectations of the ultimate client. Today, he continues to work with his former employees as well as Pfizer Inc. with respect to their trademark matters in Türkiye. 

Ömer started his legal studies in New York but then transferred to Bilgi University in Istanbul as that was where he wanted to live and work. In different capacities, Ömer has been advising clients on trademark strategy and enforcement issues for over 20 years. He is one of the founding partners of Dündar Law Firm and a Board Member of Stock AS. 

Ömer is a founding member of AIPPI Türkiye and a member of INTA and FICPI.
